Working closely together with our customers, Menco achieved an outstanding experience in the development of thermoforming products and thermoform production tools. 

We can start from scratch and to provide proposals for your product or start based on your detailed product drawings, as well as a physical sample.  After your design accepts, we provide a single cavity proto mold for first samples to finally realize the complete production tools.

We have experience in tools (Forming, cutting and stacking tools) for different materials (PET, PP, PS etc.) and machines. (Illig (RDK/RV53X, Meico, Kiefel, GN etc.).
